What are the United Sodas flavors?
Our twelve flagship flavors include: Young Mango, Extra Peach, Toasted Coconut, Sour Blueberry, Blackberry Jam, White Grape, Lemon Verbena, Pear Elderflower, Strawberry Basil, Orange Nectarine, Gingery Ale and Cherry Pop.
Taste-tested for 2 years & a variety of flavors so everyone is welcome.
There are so many flavors! Where should I start?
Excellent news: No need to choose! We recommend everyone start with our handy Variety Pack which includes one can of each of our 12 flagship flavors.

Can I mix your sodas with alcohol?
If you're of legal drinking age, yes. Any of our flavors make a great mixer or cocktail ingredient. Cheers!
How are United Sodas only 30 calories?
After two years of taste testing and perfecting, we found that 30 calories is the goldilocks number that allows our soda to be naturally flavored and organically sweetened without the chemicals or that weird fake sweetener taste.
What makes your sodas organically sweetened?
We didn't want our soda to have that weird fake sweetener taste so we spent years developing a proprietary blend of three organic, plant-derived ingredients that work together perfectly. A touch of cane sugar gives every can undeniably real sweetness, while organic erythritol and organic stevia boost the taste without adding unnecessary sugars or calories.
What is erythritol?
Our sodas contain organic erythritol derived from plants. It adds a touch of sweetness without adding any calories. According to the FDA it must be listed as a carbohydrate, however our bodies do not process it like bagel bites, jelly donuts, funfetti cake or any of those carbs that spike your blood sugar - in fact erythritol has ZERO impact on your blood sugar.
What are net carbs?
Net carbs are the total number of carbs in a product that are absorbed by your body and therefore impact your blood sugar. Because erythritol carbs have no effect on blood sugar, we can subtract them from total carbs to get the 'net carbs.' Our sodas have 14 total carbs and 7 erythritol carbs, which means each can has 7 net carbs.
Do United Sodas contain caffeine?
We have no caffeine in our sodas because we wanted to make sure everyone of all ages and preferences can live on the wild side and drink them whenever they'd like. Crack one open at 9 PM!
Are United Sodas allergen free? How about gluten-free and vegan?
Yes, yes and yes! Simple as that.
Are United Sodas certified kosher?
All of our sodas are certified OU kosher pareve with the exception of White Grape (we're working on this one, stay tuned!). When shopping in-store, you can look for the OU label on our cans & packaging. Learn more about our Kosher certification journey here.
Where are United Sodas products made?
Our sodas are concepted, manufactured and believed in by teams all across America.
Are your cans BPA free?
You betcha. All sodas are produced in cans without BPA liners.
Can I recycle your cans and packaging?
Definitely. We encourage you to recycle or reuse any of our packaging. To help recycle more efficiently, remember to break down those boxes and remove the outer sleeves off of the cans.

Where do you ship?
We're happy to provide free shipping on all orders throughout the 50 United States via FedEx Ground.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We try to get your soda to you as soon as possible which means we process orders sometimes as soon as they are placed.
If you need to make changes to your order and have not yet received a shipping confirmation email, please contact email@example.com as soon as possible and we'll try our best to accommodate your change request.
If you would like to update the ship to address but already received a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link, please contact FedEx directly as they may be able to reroute it.
When will my order arrive?
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email containing a tracking number and link for real-time updates. Orders normally arrive within 3-10 days of shipping, though carriers are expecting delays due to COVID-19.
If you did not receive an email that your item has shipped within 7 days of placing your order (and it isn't in your spam / junk folder), please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
I only received part of my order. Where's the rest of it?
Soda can be heavy! Because of this, we tend to ship orders of 2 or more items in separate boxes. Sometimes they get split up along the way from us to you. If you only received a portion of your order, please enter your tracking information on FedEx.com for a more detailed view of each shipment item. If the rest of your order doesn't show up within a few days, email us at email@example.com and we'd be happy to help track it down!
Help, I never received my order!
Please check the tracking link sent via email to ensure the package is not still in transit. If it says it has been delivered but isn't with you or your friendly neighbors, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll get right on it.
My shipment was damaged, what should I do?
Oh no! Please email us at email@example.com with a photo attachment of the damaged cans for a refund or replacement free of charge.
Can you tell me about your 'Soda Satisfaction Guarantee'?
Our Soda Satisfaction Guarantee means you'll only pay for the flavors you love.
If you're not completely satisfied, just contact us using the form below and we'll be happy to refund your order (available one time per customer).
GIFTING, EVENTS & CORPORATE ORDERS
Can I gift a subscription?
Sure thing! We offer a prepaid 3 month subscription of the Variety Pack which makes for a great gift.
At checkout, simply put in the recipient's shipping address. They'll then receive one Variety Pack per month, for 3 months total.
Need to make changes? Not a problem. You'll also receive an email to confirm your purchase with a unique link you can use at any time to make updates like changing the date or address for remaining future deliveries.
Just don't forget to let the giftee know it's on it's way :)
Sending this to someone special. Where do I add a gift note?
Simply click the cart icon in the top right corner and you'll see a place to add a gift note for your order. Don't forget to add who it's from and hit save before proceeding to checkout.
We'll place your note inside the package on a 5x7 card.
Unfortunately gift notes cannot be included with our digital gift cards ... because well, those are digital.
Can you tell me more about your digital gift cards?
For easy gifting, we're happy to offer Soda Cash, digital gift cards that arrive via email instead of snail mail.
After checkout, you'll receive two emails - one purchase confirmation, and one with the digital gift card. The digital gift card email will include a unique code that can be used for future purchases on unitedsodas.com. Feel free to forward this email along if you choose to gift it to someone else!
One thing to note is that gift cards cannot be used on subscription purchases as those require a form of payment that can be billed on an ongoing basis.
Do you offer corporate gifting?
Indeed we do! Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the interested product, estimated quantity and any pertinent deadlines and we'll get back to you asap.

Your sodas would look (and taste) great at my event. Do you offer bulk orders?
We like to think every party should be a soda party which is why we offer special discounts for bulk ordering. Please email us at email@example.com or fill out the contact us form below.
Do you offer subscriptions?
Yes we do! Sign up for a recurring monthly delivery and save 10% by selecting the 'Subscribe' option on any individual flavor or Theme Packs pages.
It's an easy, no-commitment way to ensure your fridge is always stocked. Make changes, swap flavors, pause or cancel anytime in your Account.
Can I swap flavors next month?
Absolutely. We welcome you to try as many flavors or theme packs as you want. Just visit 'Manage Subscriptions' in your Account, select the subscription you'd like to update, and click 'Swap'. This update will go into effect on your next delivery and all subsequent deliveries ... that is until you swap again :)
How do I reschedule or skip my next delivery?
It's super easy. To view and make edits to all of your upcoming deliveries, visit 'Manage Subscriptions' on your Account homepage, then select 'Delivery Schedule' on the left side panel. Changes can be made up to 3 days before your next charge date.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Too much soda is never a bad thing but if you're in need of a break, you can skip, pause or even swap flavors in your subscription anytime.
If you'd still like to cancel, just visit 'Manage Subscriptions' on your Account homepage. Then, simply select 'Cancel' next to the subscription of your choice and we'll take care of the rest.
If you choose to cancel before your second order, you will be charged the difference of the one-time purchase.
